Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority.
Because every memorial is personalised to your individual specification, we are unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.
**Faulty or damaged items**
If your memorial arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
**Incorrect personalisation**
If we have made an error in the personalisation (different from what you submitted), we will correct it or replace the item free of charge.
**How to raise a return**
Email returns@serenitystoneuk.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
**Refunds**
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
