**1. Orders**
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund.
**2. Personalisation**
You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalised wording. We will produce the memorial exactly as specified. Please double-check spellings before submitting.
**3. Delivery**
Free standard delivery across the UK within 10–14 working days of order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or adverse weather.
**4. Returns**
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. See our Returns Policy for details.
**5. 15-Year Guarantee**
Our 15-year guarantee covers structural defects in the cast stone under normal outdoor conditions. It does not cover cosmetic weathering, damage caused by freezing water, or accidental damage.
**6. Digital Memorial Profiles**
Memorial profiles are provided as part of our QR memorial service. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches our community standards. We do not guarantee permanent uptime but will provide reasonable notice before any service discontinuation.
**7. Governing Law**
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
